| Salseros!
(UKA Accredited) Salsa Medal Courses |
Description:
Salseros! Dance Company offers regular medal courses leading up to an
examination at Bronze, Silver and Gold levels in Salsa.
Why Do Medals:
People do medal courses and exams for many and varied reasons.
To measure their progress and standard against a national standard. To learn core technique often not covered in regular classes. To get something tangible that recognises their work and effort. To set themselves goals and definable objectives. To be able to answer definatively, 'what level are you'.
What is the Format of A Course:
A four week intensive course of 1 hour workshops leading up to an examination.
The examination is conducted by an independent Examiner from the UKA.
What Do You Get Out of It: Whatever knowledge and technique you learn from the workshops.
A certificate from the UKA with Your Grade on it.
A medal to display, hang around your neck, show your parents/friends.
A grading sheet with comments about your performance and technique. A great sense of achievement.
